The people of Ebem Ohafia living in the United States of America, acting in partnership with each other to achieve the benefits of a healthy, and well-informed population established a corporate entity called Ebem Ohafia USA, Inc. with its National Headquarters located in the State of Maryland, USA.

Ebem Ohafia USA, Inc. is a non-profit organization designed to bring our people together for our own self-development, socio-economical, and general well-being both here and in our native home. Our desire is to promote charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) or the Internal Revenue Code (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Revenue Law). These charitable and educational purposes include, but are not limited to the promotion of social, cultural, and the general welfare of our membership.
